Are all Reploids doomed to turn Maverick?

The reason Reploids even exist is because I allowed them to be reverse engineered from my technology.

Would the world be safer if I had never been built?

If I could go back and convince Dr Light not to create me, would mankind finally know of peace? Or would they just find something else to start wars over?

Was I built to save the world from a threat that has nothing to do with Reploids and Mavericks, or am I just the catalyst that will cause nothing but death and suffering?

To Be or Not To Be is indeed the question...
